Access depends on the subscribed plan and includes, in particular: market studies with AVM, Metasearch and Insights, CRM with pipelines and document management, Website Pro, a digital valuer for lead generation, and an API for the integration of valuations and listings. The database is updated daily. The market is monitored on a continuous basis, so that each new listing is detected by the system. Coverage comprises more than one million unique properties and approximately five million listings, with duplicates filtered.

Yes. Upon registration, the user is granted access to the Basic plan, with three market studies and no credit card required. For larger accounts, evaluation periods are also made available prior to subscription.
